John Batterman

John Batterman is a Director and Vice President for AB CarVal, where he is responsible for managing investments in asset-based finance with a focus on residential and commercial real estate sectors in North America. Before joining AB CarVal in 2026, Batterman was a director at Värde Partners. He holds a BBA in finance with an emphasis in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Location: Minneapolis
